Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong product received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or not in original condition.

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sales marked as non-returnable.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
